• you will define the objective(s) of your contribution in the context of a board meeting​

• you will analyze motivations, opportunities, and potential barriers​

• you will learn how to build an effective intervention and supporting argument​

• you will practice delivering a successful intervention in no more than 180 seconds​

• you will prepare to respond to questions and objections, and to initiate the process of individual and collective transformation
